Once payment is complete, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, excluding any third-party materials, templates, or proprietary software.

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website, and social media — because we’re proud of what we create.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth collaboration, clients agree to:

• Deliver all required content, materials, and approvals.
• Respect project timelines and payment schedules.

7. Limitation of Liability

In case of termination, all completed work up to that point will be billed accordingly, and any payments made are non-refundable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
